The following Terms and Conditions are specific to the ReliMail Email Archiving Product/Service and forms part of the Universal Service Terms that are part of the ReliMail Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer (and have been linked respectively).

1. Definitions

The following definitions is provided digitally/electronically as a service by ReliMail through the Email Archiving Product/Service.

  • “Automated Incoming/Outgoing Archiving” means the automated archiving of all incoming and outgoing email and chat data;
  • “Regulatory Compliance” in general, compliance means conforming to a rule, such as a specification, policy, standard or law. Regulatory compliance describes the goal that organizations aspire to achieve in their efforts to ensure that they are aware of and take steps to comply with relevant laws, policies, and regulations;
  • “E-Discovery” means Electronic discovery (sometimes known as e-discovery, ediscovery, eDiscovery, or e-Discovery) is the electronic aspect of identifying, collecting and producing electronically stored information (ESI) in response to a request for production in a law suit or investigation. ESI includes, but is not limited to, emails, documents, presentations, databases, voicemail, audio and video files, social media, and web sites.
  • “Digital Verification” means a necessary process that ensures a person’s identity matches the one that is supposed to be;
  • “Audit Proof” means the auditory collection of email and chat data.;
  • “Data Retention” means how long data is stored before it is terminated;
2. Email Archiving as a Service

ReliMail and its Products/Services are all Cloud Based and serves over the Public Internet. ReliMail is an Email Archiving as a Service (EAaaS) provider meaning that it provides the following software services under this agreement:

  • Email Archiving is an Infrastructure service that is associated to an Organizations Domain through the ReliMail Infrastructure and Mobile & Desktop
    • Automated Archiving
      • Incoming Email and Chat Content
      • Outgoing Email and Chat Content
    • Regulatory Compliance
    • Advanced E-Discovery
    • Digital Fingerprint & Verification
    • Audit Proof Information Archiving
    • Rules Based Access Control
    • Unlimited Data Retention
3. Email Archiving Exclusions

ReliMail will only Archive valid email and chat content and exclude Spam, Virus and Malware from the list.
